I love this question. First of all,I'm an AI big fan, more than competition I see it as complementarity.

We have the privilege,I consider a privilege to live in a word with constant movement of cars,constant movement of velocity and every time we change more our requirements, our way of working,thanks to McKinsey's studies and Harvard Business Review we know that when there isn't a response from the leader,whether because it's longer or because he is absent, an employee tends to look for answers in AI,this leads me to think that if a leader isn't present, something or someone will fill that space,therefore, it becomes very important to have leaders with a humanistic vision,more empathetic. Obviously, the stimuli given with other skills are going to help the leader to develop in a different way. For me AI can only enhance the leadership through decision-making based on the data.

We have a lot of data and information,that's why it's important to organize, analyze and make decisions. When it comes to adapted communication,communication can distance us or bring us closer. A leader is also who can communicate with the person who is in front,a client, a team or several interlocutors.
